Dynamic Rail Scale

An independent weight on the line, railcar by railcar, in motion, without stopping the train. Verify and prove the weight you already measure.

The Problem

The Loadout Weight Isn't Enough

The loadout measures what left the silo, not what stayed in the railcar or what arrived at the destination. Without an independent check on the line, every weight error turns into overpaid freight, overweight charges and load-imbalance risk, and no one notices until the invoice arrives or the railcar leaves the terminal wrong. The Dynamic Rail Scale verifies the real weight on the line, railcar by railcar, in motion, and turns every weighing into reliable data, keeping the error from becoming a cost and giving you a base for sharper decisions.

The Solution

An Independent Weight on the Line

  • Confirms the loadout

A second weight, on the track, validates the loadout, detects calibration drift and covers points without a loadout, transshipment and receiving.

  • Shows the load distribution

Measures by axle, bogie and quadrant and flags the imbalance before the railcar leaves the terminal.

  • Blocks overweight

Flags the excess above the load limit before the railroad pulls the railcar and charges the reduction to you.

The Differentiator

Weighs and Still Allows Maneuvers Without Losing Data

MASSA weighs with stops, advances and maneuvers, while competitors require a constant-speed zone that many terminals don't have.

Railcars that aren't being weighed pass at line speed; those that need to be weighed can stop, advance and reverse directly on the scale, without losing the measurement. That unlocks weighing points that used to be unfeasible, yards, hoppers and transshipment areas with heavy maneuvering.

NTEP / legal-for-trade certification is on the roadmap. The fastest entry is through process control, verification and overweight protection, which don't require NTEP.

SIMMSOFT

Data That Enables Sharper Decisions

SIMMSOFT is the data layer of rail weighing, the traceable evidence that backs every invoice and every dispute.

It runs on the Dynamic Rail Scale and also on the scales you already have: it ingests the existing weight, reconciles origin×destination and delivers an auditable record in your ERP. We sell the missing layer.

Origin × Destination Reconciliation

Autonomous weight reconciliation between loading and arrival, detecting in-transit loss and shrinkage.

Real-Time Alerting

Detects and flags failures on the spot, avoiding stoppages and rework in the operation.

Auditable Record

Every weighing recorded, exportable and integrated with your ERP/fiscal system, your traceable evidence.

OCR / RFID Identification

Links every weight to the railcar; integrates SIMMTRACK and other existing scales.

Inventory, KPIs & Dashboards

Inventory control and configurable dashboards, follow along from anywhere, any device, 24/7.

Integration & Cybersecurity

Integrates with any SCADA/ERP, with certified cybersecurity. 100% customizable.
